Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all signature grosgrain tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Package

Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

Attach Label

Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package.

Ship & Refund

Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
